Sundays are great for lazy cooks. I mean, Sundays are great for this lazy cook. We aren't often home on the weekends, but when we are it means a Saturday morning trip to our favorite Farmer's market in Berkeley, which means lots of great things to grab and eat quickly for the rest of the weekend. After a week of preparing meals that are a little more involved, this is a great way to get some super nutritious food without trying too hard, or in this case, even turning on the stove. Plus, you can't beat that 'fresh from the market" taste. Simple meals like this are what make my world go round. No cooking, really no thinking, involved.
