Rhianna Kelly is a Certified Massage Therapist with over 12 years experience in sports, lymphatic, deep tissue, prenatal, restorative, and trigger point techniques. Rhianna is an experienced Real Food Personal Chef, and a passionate enthusiast of the Paleo lifestyle. She received a degree in biology from Cabrillo College and in cultural and physical anthropology from the University of California at Santa Cruz, which helped catalyze her fascination with the science of optimal human health and performance.

Born and raised in the epicenter of the California natural foods movement, she grew up in a luscious organic garden in the Santa Cruz Mountains eating real, nourishing food, and running happily in the redwoods.

Her interests include triathlon, yoga, rock climbing, high intensity interval training, voracious reading, and most especially creating delectable Paleo creations in her kitchen laboratory.
